- The property requires prepayment via PayPal. Guests will receive a direct email from the property with the PayPal link. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within due date once email is received.
- Booking amendment is permitted three (3) days prior to arrival subject to space availability at time of amendment.
- No charge applied if reservation is being cancelled three (3) days prior to arrival.
- One (1) night will be charged in case of no show, shorten stay or early departure.
- Children aged 3 and under stay free of charge when sharing a bed with their parents, including breakfast.
- Children aged between 4 - 11 years old stay FREE of charge when sharing a room with their parents and using existing bedding, excluding breakfast. If requires, the breakfast will be charged at THB 175 nett. (Pay directly at the hotel and please specify in the 'Special Requests' box).
- Please note that children age 12 and older are charged the adult rate at THB 765 nett per night, including breakfast. Please include them in the number of adult’s box.
