Remark

Booking Deposit:

• A deposit of 100% of the total bill is required to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable if you fail to attend the booking without prior cancellation.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your reservation time. If you fail to cancel within this period, the 100% deposit will not be refunded.

Grace Period:

• We allow a grace period of 15 to 20 minutes from the scheduled booking time. If you do not arrive within this time, the booking will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

No-Show Policy:

• In the event of a no-show (failure to attend or inform the restaurant within the specified grace period), the 100% deposit will be forfeited, and the reservation will be removed from the system
